Rob is a veteran property manager   and Director of Leasing. Formerly at  Alliance Residential & Greystar, Rob's directive is to ensures  that leasing management standards are maintained across the organization. 

Regina is an experience leasing professional. She has lead leasing opeartions at number of development firms including Stagg, Lighthouse, Azorim and G&S.  

Maria bring a wealth of marketing, sales and leasing knowledge as the marketing chair for NAHREP and Women Council of Realtors. Maria leads the charge on leasing and implementing marketing .

Raf is a hospitality and resident experience expert. His experiences as doorman, concierge and area director at the finest residential buildings in NYC, translate to a white glove leasing experience. 

Mark brings a background in lease up working on several large projects owned by institutional pension clients. His knowledge of construction and attention to detail ensures product delivery. 

Fahtia manages all email marketing and CRM automation . She's built and optimized email programs that have converted thousands of prospects into signed leases across our portfolio.

Naeem creates all visual assets for our developments — from brand identities and digital ad creative to building signage and lease-up collateral.
