The Leasing Experts is a licensed residential real estate brokerage. We act as the exclusive representative of property owners and landlords in the marketing, leasing, and rental of apartments. We do may also represent prospective tenants in a fiduciary capacity.
All rental listings are subject to prior leasing, withdrawal, or modification by the landlord at any time without notice.

All apartment descriptions, floor plans, images, pricing, concessions, and availability are provided directly by property owners or their authorized representatives. We strive to keep information accurate, but we do not guarantee completeness, timeliness, or accuracy.
Prospective tenants are encouraged to verify all information, including rental terms, fees, and property details, directly with the landlord or their on-site representatives.

By engaging with The Leasing Experts, you acknowledge that we exclusively represent landlords and property owners of our marketed residential listings. We do not owe tenants duties of loyalty, confidentiality, or fiduciary responsibility.

6. Application & Lease Process
Submitting a rental application through our Services does not guarantee approval. All applications are subject to the landlord’s screening criteria, which may include credit checks, income verification, background checks, and other requirements.
The landlord, not The Leasing Experts, makes all final leasing decisions.

We comply with all applicable Fair Housing laws. We do not discriminate against any person on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, familial status, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, lawful source of income, or any other protected class under federal, state, or local law.

The Leasing Experts are compensated after successfully procuring a residential lease signing. Whether the Landlord or the Tenant is responsible for the compensation depends on the specific residential property marketing agreement. All fees and compensation are explicitly listed on or prior to an application invitation.

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or platforms. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of such third parties. Accessing third-party resources is at your own risk.

The Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make no representations or warranties regarding property listings, availability, or accuracy of information provided by landlords.
